About the position
Responsibilities
• Support risk governance, oversight, and audit functions.
• Coordinate risk management analyses and financial reporting for executive team meetings.
• Work with leadership to align on organizational priorities.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Ensure delivery against financial targets.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement employee engagement activities.
• Implement talent management programs including recruitment, training, and development.
• Develop communications and presentation materials on financial portfolio for leadership.
• Direct department-wide administrative functions, including operating expense management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible risk management, financial analysis, and forecasting experience with a multinational corporation.
• 5 years of experience analyzing business requirements, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• 5 years of experience translating complex finance concepts into actionable insights for management.
• 5 years of experience developing financial strategies in the credit card industry.
• 3 years of experience with relationship management in a matrixed environment.
• 3 years of experience working on economic analysis in the credit card industry.
• 3 years of experience structuring financial analysis to balance market share and profitability goals.
• 3 years of experience with financial systems, including TM1 and Oracle.
