Your Impact:
Rresponsible for guiding and implementing operational strategies that support Holistic Industries’ wholesale objectives.
Serve as the liaison between Wholesale Sales, GP’s, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate leadership to ensure forecasting accuracy, commission governance, CRM optimization, white-glove fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.
Create and uphold scalable systems, operational excellence, and customer experience standards that enable sustainable growth
Guide and implement operational strategies in partnership with the wholesale sales team to achieve annual revenue and margin plans.
Lead wholesale supply and demand planning between the wholesale sales needs, GP and corporate office.

Your Strengths:
Strategic leadership with a proven ability to design and execute departmental growth initiatives.
Strong financial and business acumen with expertise in overseeing and managing a national sales plan and departmental budgets effectively
Skilled in Salesforce workflows, reporting, and training, with a focus on empowering high-performing sales teams.
Collaborative mindset, experienced in partnering with senior leadership to align departmental goals with company-wide strategy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Market awareness and agility to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive edge.
