Lead a completely new business, and an opportunity to be the founder and CEO of a proven business in a new geographyBuild something from scratch. You will be building a team, a revenue model, a business, and an investor baseParticipate in the journey of building a global enterprise, which has the potential to create global impact at scaleDirectly supported by the Pulse 63 Philippines team, the leading healthcare venture partner in the region, and by the Circle Health Global teamEquity in the Circle Health Philippines entity, with a milestone-based vesting
Key Responsibilities
Venture Creation : Build Circle Health Philippines from the ground up, replicating the current Circle Health global modelEnd-to-end Management: As the interim CEO of the company assume responsibility for the company's operational success. This includes the day to day operations and P&L managementStakeholder Validation: Engage with potential clients and vendors, and streamline the workflow to reduce friction and maximize revenue and profitsMarketing Operations: Kickstart Offline marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversions
Preferred Qualities
Previous experience working with early-stage startups, or experience in handling/scaling B2B business. Entrepreneurial experience is a plusGeneralist with strong skills in these key startup disciplines (sales, product, operations, marketing, etc.)Agile thinker & a rockstar hustlerGreat communication & negotiation skills, with the ability to work with global teamsResilient spirit & a mind of steel to withstand the pressures of an entrepreneurial journeyPrior experience in insurance is a plusPassion and sense of purpose with healthcare.
