The Director, Technology, Digital Product, PMO Lead is responsible for leading and running a lean portfolio of digital product, data, and analytics initiatives for a strategic client. In partnership with client lead, this role owns product direction, prioritization, and delivery—ensuring investments drive measurable business value while balancing speed, quality, and scale.

Responsibilities
• Own and lead a portfolio of digital product and data initiatives aligned to client business priorities
• Translate business needs into clear product vision, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
• Partner closely with client executives, business leaders, and technology teams to drive decisions
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across product, data, and analytics workstreams
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes (ROI, adoption, performance, insights)
• Manage scope, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risk across a lean delivery model
• Provide strong day-to-day leadership to product managers, analysts, and delivery teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

Requirements
• 10+ years in digital product, data, or technology leadership roles
• Proven experience leading complex product portfolios in enterprise environments
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution
• Experience working directly with senior executives and decision-makers
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making tradeoff decisions

Nice-to-haves
• Background in data, analytics, or digital platforms strongly preferred
• Background or experience in utilities / energy is strongly preferred, but not required

• The estimated salary range for this role is $166,000-249,000 annually.
• This range is unique to every candidate, and is based on skillset, years of experience, and breadth of knowledge.
• This may differ from location to location.
• Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
