Director, Prospective analysis

This position is currently under evaluation. The mission of the Data Development Division is to achieve the strategic orientation of anchoring the practices of Desjardins Group's Risk Management Executive Division in analytics and foresight. As a Prospective analysis Director, you will be responsible for guiding, coordinating, conducting and communicating foresight analyses to support risk management and strategic decision-making. You will work in collaboration with Desjardins Group Risk Management Executive Division teams and executives to understand and identify the need for forward-looking analyses to identify our strategic risk management vulnerabilities and opportunities for Desjardins Group. More specifically, you will be required to: Manage a team of senior analytics and risk management professionals Coordinate forward-looking analyses for different types of risk, in isolation or in an integrated fashion Implement technological infrastructures to better project future risks Work closely with finance teams to develop the Group's forward-looking framework and projection tools Quantify ESG risks and develop projection tools Carry out crisis simulations to test the organization's resilience.
