We also have a physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.About your roleJuniper Square is seeking a high-achieving, New York-based sales leader to take the helm of our rapidly growing private equity sales effort. In this role, you will lead a team of world-class account executives, selling fund administration and software solutions to private equity GPs, ranging from emerging to institutional managers. You will be instrumental in developing the team’s talent, creating a winning culture, and refining the playbook for how account executives build relationships with investment managers. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and executive leadership on overall GTM strategy in private equity, making this an exciting opportunity to lead the charge on expanding Juniper Square’s leading position across private markets.What you’ll doLead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives, selling fund administration and software solutions to private equity GPsCultivate a high-performance sales culture, motivating your team to exceed individual, team, and company targetsDevelop career advancement strategies for top performers and ensure succession planning for the sales organizationDeeply understand Juniper Square’s solution set and the customer outcomes those solutions driveMaintain a deep connection to the private equity industry, extending your team’s network by fostering your own relationships and having a presence in the field, including at industry events and conferencesOversee the entire sales cycle, coaching your team on deal strategy and enhancing team members’ sales acumenTrain your team on the nuances of private equity managers, helping them build credibility and develop relationships with GP finance executives (CFOs, Controllers, etc.)Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation and refine sales collateral and solution positioningStay abreast of shifts in the competitive landscape, providing sales insights to product family General ManagersForecast team performance, providing clear reporting and actionable insight to executive management QualificationsExtensive experience leading a fund administration business development functionProven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships at the executive levelDesire to support a highly networked, channel-drive sales motion, through your own network and presence in the fieldStrong knowledge of private equity fund structures, accounting principles, and industry best practicesExceptional leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsProficiency in SalesforceAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsCompensationCompensation for this position includes a base salary, commissions, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
