The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Director, Deposit Pricing will lead the strategy and execution of pricing for Checking, Savings, and CD products within the Consumer and Small Business Banking portfolio. This leader will shape strategies that optimize performance across a $100B deposit base while balancing customer value, competitive dynamics, and financial outcomes.
• *How You Will Make an Impact**

+ Drive strategic analysis of customer behaviors, balance flows, and macroeconomic trends; deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

+ Lead the weekly Deposit Pricing Forum, guiding portfolio strategy and integrating competitive and external perspectives.

+ Partner with Finance and Treasury to quantify the financial impact of pricing decisions and enhance forecasting and valuation models.

+ Develop and present pricing proposals for High-Yield Savings, CDs, and Checking products; coordinate cross-functional execution with operational excellence.

+ Collaborate with Product Management to design innovative pricing constructs that align with broader Membership strategy and portfolio objectives.

+ Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and empowered culture.
• *Minimum Qualifications**

+ Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing product P&L and driving portfolio performance.

+ Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

+ Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and at senior levels.

+ Experience with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).

+ Demonstrated leadership in developing talent and building high-performing, inclusive teams.

+ Bachelor’s degree required.
• *Qualifications**

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits

_Currently, the Company does not have a physical location in the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area and, therefore, if you reside in the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area the role will temporarily be deemed virtual under the Company’s applicable policy (the Amex Flex Policy).
