What We Need
We are looking for a true Pinterest Strategist & Growth Expert, not a general social media manager.
Your mission is to rebuild and optimize our Pinterest presence for international organic growth, based on Pinterest keyword research, board architecture, pin optimization, and performance-driven strategy.
This role is focused on measurable results, not only content posting.
Primary Objective
Build Pinterest into a scalable traffic and inspiration channel for the home design / architecture niche, targeting world-wide audience.
Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Audit & Strategy (Week 1–2)
Full Pinterest account audit (boards, pins, SEO structure, profile, analytics)
Pinterest keyword research (keyword clusters + search intent)
Competitor benchmarking (luxury interior design / natural stone niche)
Strategy roadmap for growth
Phase 2 – Pinterest SEO Rebuild (Weeks 2–4)
Rebuild board architecture in English (board taxonomy + SEO naming)
Rewrite profile bio, board descriptions, and pin descriptions in English
Optimize existing pins (titles, descriptions, hashtags, destination links)
Improve discoverability and Pinterest search indexing
Phase 3 – Scaling & Growth System (Month 2–3)
Content system for long-term scaling (templates + publishing workflow)
Recommendations for pin formats and visual consistency
Publishing strategy: frequency, scheduling, best practices
Monthly performance reporting and optimization actions

Requirements
Proven Pinterest SEO experience with measurable results
Strong understanding of Pinterest search algorithm and ranking factors
Ability to build board architecture based on keyword clusters
Strong English writing skills (native-level preferred)
Experience in luxury interior design, architecture, lifestyle, home decor is a major advantage
Strategic and analytical mindset (not just execution)
