Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in the media or entertainment industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
