Director of Sales – East
Job Description:
• Overseeing territory sales strategy, distribution expansion, and retail execution while building and leading a high-performing field sales team
• Managing regional chains and independent accounts across multiple states
• Driving distribution growth, optimizing trade spend, and strengthening TRIP’s presence at retail
• Hiring, leading, and mentoring a high-performing field sales team
• Implementing channel strategies that align pricing, shelving, and merchandising with brand goals
• Managing P&L performance and evaluating ROI across promotions and account programming
• Identifying trends and opportunities to grow category share and drive market expansion
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of beverage or CPG sales experience across multiple channels
• 5+ years leading field execution sales teams
• Proven track record driving distribution and market growth
• Strong experience with P&L management and sales analytics
• Skilled at building retailer relationships and delivering sales presentations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must have a reliable car, valid driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance
• This role is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States.
