Day‑to‑day, you will: • Lead a portfolio of complex technology and business change programmes, making sure they stay aligned to our priorities and deliver real outcomes. • Set clear direction for programme planning, governance and delivery, while removing blockers and keeping momentum across multiple teams. • Champion modern delivery approaches such as Agile and Scrum, helping teams work in a consistent, practical and effective way. • Communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders, translating delivery detail into simple, meaningful insight. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience leading large‑scale technology or business transformation programmes in complex organisations. • Experience working with customer platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo or similar tools, and understanding how they support end‑to‑end business processes. • Experience delivering Lead‑to‑Cash programmes, including lead management, opportunities, quoting and contracting. • Experience building and leading programme delivery teams across programme management, delivery and business change.
