Established in 2013, MoneyLion connects millions of people with the financial products and content they need, when and where they need it.About the Role We are seeking a Director of Product,Financial Wellness who is passionate about re-imagining the delivery of financial products to consumers intoday’s digital society. As the Director of Product,Financial Wellness you will be responsible for product definition and development, from initial requirements to product launch, monitoring, refinement and catalyzing growth of our business. The candidate should have experience working with and building financial products and should have significant exposure to and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. This role is located on-site 3 days a week at our headquarters in Chelsea, NYC. Key Responsibilities Own product definition and development, from initial requirements to product launch, monitoring, and refinement Lead a team of product managers to drive business growth Work with senior management to define and track success criteria Work with design and engineering to craft a delightful user experience Drive successful integration with external partners Work closely with the leadership team to ensure product strategy aligns with overall company goals and objectives Communicate product vision and roadmap to teams across the company About You Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the fintech industry Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of product managers Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in an agile development environment Demonstrated success working on B2C products Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions Passion for fintech and a deep understanding of the financial services industry Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment The annual base salary for this position is between$175,000 to $235,000. This role is also eligible for an equity award and annual bonus. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions.
