About Solera
Solera Health is transforming the way people access and experience better health. We seamlessly connect individuals to personalized, evidence-based solutions that address chronic conditions and improve overall well-being. Our integrated platform empowers payers and employers with tools to manage outcomes, optimize provider networks, and drive meaningful health impact. Through a curated marketplace of digital and community-based partners, Solera helps consumers find the right programs—spanning physical, behavioral, and social health—to achieve lasting results.
Role Overview
As Director of Network Partnerships, you’ll own day-to-day partner relationship management and operational accountability across assigned condition verticals, reporting to the VP, Digital Network Partner Strategy. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of digital health partners, driving performance against milestone and attribution targets, managing the contract and renewal lifecycle, and coordinating across Product, Clinical, and Engineering to resolve partner issues.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of integrated digital health by shaping how condition-specific solutions come together to deliver whole-person care and measurable health outcomes.
Who You Are
You’re a strategic relationship builder and operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You balance empathy with accountability—knowing when to challenge, when to support, and always how to communicate with clarity. You’re passionate about improving healthcare experiences, skilled in uncovering value within partnerships, and confident navigating data-driven discussions and complex stakeholder dynamics.
What You’ll Do

Lead Partner Relationships: Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, fostering transparency, alignment, and mutual trust.
Drive Strategic Growth: Lead quarterly business reviews and roadmap sessions to identify new opportunities and deepen partner collaboration.
Monitor & Optimize Performance: Analyze KPIs, manage forecasts, and proactively identify ways to exceed performance expectations. Own partner-side interventions when performance falls below thresholds.
Resolve Operational Challenges: Partner with internal teams including clinical, product, data, and engineering, to triage and resolve partner issues quickly and effectively.
Deliver Insights & Forecasts: Own partner forecasting and reporting, articulating performance drivers and opportunities to stakeholders.
Lead Implementations: Guide cross-functional teams in onboarding new network partners, ensuring seamless integration and go-live execution.
Champion Accountability: Hold partners to agreed-upon benchmarks while celebrating shared wins and successes. Support contract governance, renewal processes, and amendment execution in coordination with Legal. Prepare executive sponsor briefings ahead of partner strategy sessions.

What You’ll Bring

5–7 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or vendor relations within healthcare, payer, or digital health organizations — healthcare experience is required.
Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value partnerships with measurable results.
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in forecasting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Deep understanding of chronic condition management, digital health solutions, and the evolving healthcare ecosystem.
A proactive, adaptable, and execution-oriented mindset—able to create clarity, drive alignment, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with a strong record of success in partnership growth and execution.
