Director of Institutional Growth
The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world. The Role The Monad Foundation is searching for a Head of Institutional Growth. You will be responsible for driving adoption of the Monad ecosystem among institutional investors, asset managers, hedge funds, banks, family offices, and other financial entities. You will develop and execute the strategy to onboard institutional capital and lead initiatives around real-world asset tokenization and other capital markets use cases. This role blends deep crypto-native knowledge with traditional finance experience. What You Will Do Identify and convert strategic institutional targets for adoption of various initiatives in the Monad ecosystem Build trust and credibility within the investment community, including large asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and investment banks Encourage onboarding of institutions to native applications in the Monad ecosystem such as staking, on-chain finance, and RWAs Structure, negotiate and close impactful transactions with cross-stakeholder collaboration Represent the Foundation in high-stakes conversations with global financial leaders Represent the Foundation at conferences, forums, and webinars as a subject matter expert Who You Are Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking or structured finance, and at least 2 years working with digital assets and on-chain finance Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems and DeFi Strong network of institutional relationships across traditional finance and crypto-native funds Demonstrated success in closing complex commercial and investment deals Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, and are able to translate technical concepts to the layperson Entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment You love getting things done What We Offer Camaraderie with a stellar team on an ambitious mission Opportunity to make a huge impact in shaping the adoption of decentralized tech High-impact, high-visibility role with global reach An environment of extreme growth Why Work with Us Challenging problems.
