What You’ll DoAs Director of HEOR, you’ll lead payer value communication strategies that support access and reimbursement for CDL’s cardiac imaging services across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets.You’ll drive impact by:Translating clinical, real-world, and economic data into compelling payer value narrativesDeveloping payer value decks, cost-impact tools, and summary materialsLeading cost-effectiveness and budget impact analysesPartnering with Marketing, Finance, Reimbursement, and Commercial teamsCreating objection handlers, FAQs, and field enablement toolsMonitoring payer trends (MACs, commercial insurers, CMS)Supporting value-based contracting and payer segmentation strategiesEnsuring all materials meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards QualificationsRequired:12+ years in pharma, biotech, or medical technology5+ years in HEOR, Market Access, or payer value communicationsStrong understanding of U.S. payer dynamics and Medicare Part BAbility to translate complex data into payer-facing toolsStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred:Advanced degree (PharmD, MPH, MHA, PhD, or MBA)Cardiovascular therapeutic experienceExperience in Market Access Strategy or Payer Account ManagementExperience building health economic modelsEstablished payer relationships Critical SkillsStrategic thinkingDecision making & problem solvingCross-functional leadershipOrganization & planningCommunication excellenceAdaptability & creativity Working ConditionsPrimarily desk-based with periodic travelIndoor work environmentAbility to lift/move up to 10–50 lbsAbility to manage peak workload stress What CDL Nuclear OffersCompetitive compensationMedical, Vision & Dental InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityCompany-paid Long-Term DisabilityCompany-paid Life & AD&D Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Holidays & PTOTraining & professional developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesEmployee referral programCDL Nuclear Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All employment decisions are based on individual merit and business needs.
