What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Initiate title orders and perform tasks related to title operations
Enter, update, research, verify, and retrieve data into/from various systems
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded
Provide assistance and training to employees and new order entry operators
Track documents received and completion dates while ensuring compliance with regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver superior customer service
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in data entry or title operations would be advantageous
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in title operations
