You will have a pivotal role in driving innovation for Vanta’s customers and business, scaling high-performing teams, and shaping the technical future of our products. What you’ll do as a Director of Engineering at Vanta:Lead multiple teams to deliver results consistently and sustainably while holding a high bar for execution and qualityIndependently identify and realize strategies that deliver significant value to our customers and business.Guide technical strategy, ensuring that your teams are delivering long-term value aligned with Vanta’s business priorities.Partner closely with your respective Design, Product and GTM counterparts to build best in class products and bring them to market. Build a best-in-class engineering team. Coach, mentor and create an environment where your team can do their best work and deliver for the business.
