Why This Role Matters
The Director of Customer and Partner Marketing sits at the strategic heart of arenaflex’s growth engine. You will orchestrate comprehensive marketing programs that not only retain and expand our existing customer base, but also amplify partner engagement and co‑sell opportunities. Your work will translate into higher adoption rates, deeper advocacy, and measurable revenue uplift across our SaaS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Marketing Leadership

Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Design, launch, and continuously refine end‑to‑end lifecycle campaigns that drive onboarding success, product adoption, feature utilization, renewal, and expansion.
Communication & Engagement: Own the editorial calendar for newsletters, webinars, virtual roundtables, and community forums. Craft messaging that resonates with executives, IT leaders, and security professionals.
Advocacy & Storytelling: Identify high‑impact customers, develop compelling case studies, video testimonials, and success‑story assets that demonstrate real‑world ROI.
Feedback Loops & Insight Generation: Implement systematic NPS, CSAT, and product‑usage surveys; translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, sales, and support teams.
Onboarding & Training Programs: Build scalable onboarding experiences—including welcome kits, interactive tutorials, and certification pathways—to accelerate time‑to‑value.
Customer‑Centric Events: Conceptualize and execute user conferences, regional meet‑ups, and virtual user‑group sessions that foster community and knowledge sharing.

Partner Marketing Leadership

Partner Program Architecture: Create a tiered partner enablement framework that includes incentives, co‑marketing funds, and joint‑go‑to‑market playbooks.
Joint Campaign Development: Collaborate with strategic technology and channel partners to produce co‑branded content, webinars, whitepapers, and demand‑generation campaigns.
Enablement & Training: Build a partner portal stocked with playbooks, battle cards, product demos, and certification tracks to ensure partners can sell arenaflex confidently.
Partner Communications: Curate regular newsletters, portal updates, and executive briefings that keep partners informed of product roadmaps, pricing changes, and market trends.
Relationship Management: Serve as the senior liaison for key partner stakeholders, aligning goals, resolving conflicts, and driving joint business planning.
Partner‑Focused Events: Organize partner summits, hackathons, and incentive trips that celebrate collaboration and motivate pipeline generation.
