This is a remote position that requires both local and overnight travel. Must reside in MD, NJ, or PA to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state radiation training requirements.
• Manage procurement activities, including working with preferred vendors, conducting price and lab analytics, and overseeing equipment preventative maintenance training.
• Train back-office staff on clinical procedures.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of Lead Dental Assistant experience is required.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific compliance regulations.
• Proven experience in coaching and training clinical staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
