As a Director, Inside Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness by overseeing the entire lead lifecycle for the Inside Sales Team, from generation to qualification and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities


Leadership and Management: Directly manage the representatives in the Inside Sales Team and conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to ensure they are achieving KPI targets.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align objectives and identify high-potential leads through the Tiering strategy.
Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Utilize existing tools and the TP Growth Marketing Blueprint to assess and prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert to clients.
Lead Engagement and Communication: Oversee lead engagement through personalized communication and content to ensure relationship building and movement through the sales funnel.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to optimize communication strategies and facilitate a smooth transition from Marketing to Sales.
Salesforce and CRM Management: Train and ensure that all sales activities are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation and sales strategies.


Essential Qualifications and Requirements


Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-5 years of proven experience in inside sales leadership or a similar role in the business process outsourcing industry, with demonstrated positive results.
Sales Processes and Lead Management: Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Data Analysis and Reporting: Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly matrixed environment.
Training and Coaching: Experience in training and coaching of inside sales teams.


Preferred Qualifications


Certification: Certification in sales or marketing methodologies.
Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms: Adept in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
