We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Financial Revenue Operations to join our rapidly growing organization.
You will be the Financial and Reporting partner to measure and quantify commercial performance.
Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, this position has high visibility within Bluesight.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, have strong influencing and communication skills, and successfully lead in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced, SaaS environment.
You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant, corporate FP&A or Revenue Operations analytics experience in a high-growth SaaS / software organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an organization, including a track record of collaboration with senior-level executives and sellers.
Salesforce expert
NetSuite expert
Extensive financial modeling & systems experience
Strong analytical capabilities, able to develop new frameworks and model potential outcomes
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment and ability to guide team in ambiguous situations
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy
Proficient with key financial analysis metrics

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
The pay for this position includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
