Director, Digital Transformation (Remote)

• Foster collaboration among departments to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
• Shape strategies for rolling out digital transformation initiatives that align with company goals.
Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Proven ability to implement AI and automation within business processes.
• Strong track record of managing complex, influential initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Expertise in diagnosing and simplifying workflows across various functions.
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and balance immediate and long-term needs.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to convey transformation initiatives.
