Director, Delivery Operations - Healthcare - East Coast ($185K)

This is a technical delivery operations and integration leader, not a Director of Product nor PMO. The Director, Healthcare SaaS Delivery Operations will establish and scale an internal technical practice to deliver technical services to help with Delivery and Integration of a SaaS enterprise platform to our healthcare clients. This person will need to have a technical proficient background in SQL, API's and KPI's and lead by example with a focus on supporting the Dev, Product, and PMO teams for driving the technical health of our diverse client portfolio. Core areas of responsibility include: • File-based integrations • 3rd party application integrations • Technical reporting and business intelligence • SQL database expertise (Queries, Joins, etc) and API based interfaces. • SaaS product support and on time delivery Key Responsibilities: • Guide clients in leveraging the platform to achieve their strategic technical goals. • Assess risks in engagements and implement effective mitigation strategies. • Serve as a primary escalation point to resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction. • Oversee operational and financial health of the client portfolio, driving billability and efficiency. • Build operational frameworks to maximize delivery throughput, profitability, and client satisfaction. • Define and standardize the technical delivery practice, including KPIs like time-to-value, delivery efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. • Build and manage a resource and knowledge-sharing structure to optimize capacity. • Establish continuous improvement practices to adapt the consulting model based on evolving client and business needs, leveraging advanced technology like AI. • Lead, grow, and manage a team of technical managers and individual contributors to deliver top-tier client service and meet success metrics Skill Requirements: • 7 years of healthcare integrations and delivery operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. • 3 years of experience with SaaS enterprise software for health plans. • Proven technical knowledge of SQL, API, Data Mapping, EDI, and enterprise product integration • Strong strategic thinking and technical consulting capabilities. • Expertise in SaaS delivery, project management, and risk management. • Proven ability to lead and grow teams, and scale operations. • Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office and process mapping tools. • Must be able to travel as necessary. • Unable to sponsor - must be Green Card Holder or US Citizen Apply tot his job
