As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a framework of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, design and implement data pipelines and dashboards, and report progress towards our objectives on a regular basis. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and analyze business issues within your domain, challenge assumptions, and develop recommendations to address underlying drivers * Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, translate business requirements into solutions, and align the team with the business strategy while executing plans * Develop and recommend the most suitable visualization tools based on context and define application design based on client needs * Provide general guidance by examining business goals and client needs, including creating, communicating, building support for, and implementing business processes, plans, and projects * Create and use internal and external partnerships, lead key community engagement and inclusion initiatives, and support partners while adhering to the organization's principles of integrity and ethics **What You'll Bring** * Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive) * Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current) * Ability to communicate complex metrics to leaders clearly * Ability to connect the dots between data and its impact on the business * Experience developing new metrics to track business influence * Experience leading a team of analysts * Familiarity with AI and data science strategies **What We're Looking For** * A background or education in statistics * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong leadership and team management skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for data analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
