What You'll Do The successful candidate will: Own North America’s Healthcare & Senior Living menu development and recipes. Co-owns Culinary strategy for Healthcare and Senior Living Operationalizes Culinary Brand Strategy for Lifestyle Brand and LTOs within Menu Builds Menu SME for marketing, sales & operational teams Establishes menu BTP goals with Segments and integrates into culinary strategy Implements Sourcing Innovation Strategy Within all Menus. Organize & Facilitate consumer trends, menu performance data and applies to continuous menu improvement process that leads to increased consumer satisfaction. Culinary SME supporting building, testing, and deployment of resident & patient dining menus. Ensures all menus meet budgetary requirements and tracks menu financial performance, recommending menu adjustments when necessary What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who are/have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years management experience Patient & Resident dining culinary menu development experience preferred Strong culinary abilities (cooking technique & knowledge) Experience incorporating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) within menu development (i.e. Plant-based, carbon emission reduction, food footprint reduction, etc.) Strong computer skills, ability to manage multiple projects Strong communication & interpersonal skills working with multiple clients Who We Are At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone and build a better life for all.
