director, Channel Operations MOP & Innovative Formats (Remote-US)
About the position Responsibilities • Set goals and develop organizational capability within the team. • Foster teamwork and communicate key responsibilities for leadership success. • Support the implementation of company programs and practices. • Develop strategic and operational plans, manage execution, and measure results. • Create annual operating plans, budgets, and quarterly forecasts. • Educate teams on policy changes and ensure compliance. • Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities for team members. • Conduct performance reviews and make staffing decisions to achieve business results. • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish best practices and innovation for MOP & Innovative Formats. • Calculate financial impact of new initiatives for cost-benefit analysis. Requirements • 5 years of internal communications management experience. • 5 years of project management experience. • 5 years of strategic planning experience. • 2 years as a regional field director or equivalent. • Progressive experience managing varied field initiatives or retail operations implementation projects.
