This role works closely with business stakeholders and requires developing a strong understanding of healthcare topics and consumer information needs.Role SummaryThe Digital UX Writer is part of a team responsible for creating and maintaining content across Apex’s Healthcare Client’s web and mobile properties, ensuring alignment with corporate and digital style guidelines.ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital UX Writer, you will:Develop content aligned with the content strategy, Apex’s Healthcare Client’s brand voice and tone, business requirements, and digital standardsTranslate complex healthcare topics into clear, consumer‑friendly languageEnsure all content meets legal and compliance approval requirementsCollaborate closely with project team members, including copywriters, content strategists, visual designers, interaction designers, and business analystsSupport the creation and maintenance of Apex’s Healthcare Client’s digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processesRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of digital copywriting experienceBachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related fieldAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, fluid environment with changing prioritiesExceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shift between strategic and tactical tasksFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS)Experience with online tracking tools (e.g., Jira)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePointPreferred QualificationsExperience writing for healthcare or other highly regulated industries
