About the position
Overview: Guide PE portfolio companies through digital modernization, IT optimization, cybersecurity enhancements, data/analytics implementation, and technology-enabled value creation to boost efficiency and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assess current IT/digital infrastructure and identify transformation opportunities.
ā¢ Lead initiatives in cloud migration, ERP implementation, data analytics, AI/ML adoption, and cybersecurity improvements.
ā¢ Drive digital roadmaps aligned with operational and growth objectives.
ā¢ Quantify ROI from tech investments and support change management.
ā¢ Partner with portfolio CIOs/CTOs and PE value creation teams.
Requirements
ā¢ 8+ years in digital transformation, IT consulting, or technology advisory, with PE/portfolio company experience.
ā¢ Expertise in areas like cybersecurity, data & analytics, cloud technologies, or ERP systems.
ā¢ Track record of delivering measurable value in PE-backed environments.
ā¢ Strong understanding of how technology drives operational efficiency and EBITDA growth.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
