About you You’re a data-driven digital professional who thrives on improving performance and delivering measurable results. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, using data and experimentation to solve problems and unlock growth opportunities. You collaborate effectively across teams, communicate clearly and feel confident engaging with stakeholders across marketing, sales and product. You take ownership of digital performance and are motivated by hitting conversion, pipeline and revenue targets. Day-to-day, you will: Monitor and optimise the performance of digital channels and website assets to drive high-quality conversions. Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, CRO initiatives) to improve user journeys and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with PPC, SEO, content and web teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns. Analyse data and produce regular performance reports, translating insights into actionable improvements. Your skills and experiences might also include: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience across digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO) and conversion optimisation. Familiarity with analytics, CRM and reporting tools, with a test-and-learn approach. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and use AI tools to enhance productivity. What are we all about?
