Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Media & GEO/SEO Specialist with experience in GEO and a strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization to drive online visibility, organic traffic growth, and lead generation for AUTOsist. This fully remote position will play a critical role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring our brand ranks prominently in search engines while executing data-driven marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities • GEO/SEO Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement strategies to improve AI generated results and organic search rankings, increasing qualified traffic. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. • Monitor and improve website technical SEO (site structure, crawlability, page speed, mobile optimization). • Content Optimization • Collaborate with the content and product teams to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product copy. • Optimize metadata, headings, and internal linking for best search performance. • Digital Media Management • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation and brand awareness. • Oversee social media strategy and content calendar to drive engagement and visibility. • Track ROI across digital marketing channels and adjust strategy as needed. • Analytics & Reporting • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor site performance. • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns. Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience, with a strong preference for some experience in fleet management software • Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic growth. • Experience managing Google Ads and other paid media campaigns. • Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and tools. • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with an eye for SEO optimization. • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or other CMS platforms a plus. • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment.
