Position Summary Part‑time School Psychologist – virtual, supporting students’ learning, social development, and mental & behavioral health using problem solving, assessment, and data‑based decision‑making. Primary responsibility: conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students PK‑12. Ideal candidate: strong background in assessment and diagnostics, focus on identifying educational, emotional, social, and behavioral needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and professionals to create safe, healthy, supportive learning environments for all students. Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychological evaluations for students PK‑12 using a variety of assessment tools. Administer, score, and interpret standardized tests to assess cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Compile detailed evaluation reports with findings, recommendations, and potential interventions. Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff for effective service implementation. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss outcomes and contribute to IEP development. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all evaluations. Utilize varied assessment and data collection methods to identify strengths and needs and develop effective services. Provide effective professional services that promote functioning for individuals, families, and schools across diverse contexts. Apply research and technology resources for data collection, measurement, and analysis to support effective practices. Provide services consistent with ethical, legal, and professional standards. Stay current with best practices in psychological assessment and school psychology. Other duties as assigned. Equipment & Technology Provided by company: Webcam, Headset, School Psychologist Assessment Library. Employee‑provided: Computer, 2nd monitor, Mouse, Keyboard. Requirements Accredited graduate degree program at specialist‑level or higher (minimum 60 graduate semester hours, 1,200‑hour supervised internship in school psychology, 600 hours in a school setting). Current or able to obtain School Psychologist license/certificate issued by priority states upon hire. National School Psychologist Certification preferred. Proven experience conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting; virtual experience preferred. Strong knowledge of assessment tools and techniques. Strong technology skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly organized and punctual. Ability to work at least 15‑30 hours per week with a consistent schedule. Customer focused approach. High flexibility, problem solving, consultation, and collaboration skills.
