We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of driving integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that engage customers at every stage of their journey, from prospects to ownership. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and foster long-term customer relationships. This is a hybrid position working in office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and remotely Thursday, Friday. Responsibilities • Support campaign ideation by conducting communication audits, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights that inform marketing strategies, creative development and optimization decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with segmentation, web, email, paid media, brand, design, and analytics teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals • Manage marketing briefs and maintain a holistic, cross-channel campaign calendar to ensure aligned planning, execution, and timely delivery across teams • Monitor campaign performance metrics and collaborate with analytics teams to surface key insights and actionable recommendations, supporting the development of performance recaps and continuous optimization efforts. • Support the team in executing marketing tests, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement • Assist in managing digital assets and content to maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment • Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies and tactics • Participate in regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy workshops to contribute ideas and feedback Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to cross-channel and lifecycle campaign strategies and management • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Excellent organizational and project management abilities • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and improvement • Basic understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, CRM, Google Analytics) and familiarity with paid media channels • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience preparing presentations for stakeholders Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Flexible spending accounts • Life and accident coverage • Disability • Depending on position, paid time off, parental leave and holidays (speak to your recruiter for additional information) • Wish day paid time to volunteer at an approved organization of your choice • 401k with employer match (subject to eligibility requirements, including tenure - speak to your recruiter for additional information) • Legal and identify theft plan • Voluntary income protection benefits • Wellness program (subject to provider availability) • Employee Assistance Program Apply tot his job
