Associate Attorney – Products Liability Toxic Tort Defense Associate to work on Asbestos Litigation - NY & NJ Admission (or Waive Into NJ Via Reciprocity) Location: Remote, In-Office (NYC area), or Hybrid Experience Level: 3–10 years (open to more senior attorneys seeking a streamlined role) Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000, commensurate with experience We’re seeking a junior to mid-level associate with experience in asbestos litigation to join a litigation boutique. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling depositions and producing clear, detailed work product in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct depositions throughout New York and New Jersey • Prepare comprehensive deposition summaries • Draft occasional motions and supporting documents • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cases progress efficiently Requirements: • Licensed in both New York and New Jersey (or waive into NJ via reciprocity) • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, ideally with asbestos matters, or Products Liability Toxic Tort Defense Associate that wants to work on Asbestos • Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and reliably, whether remote or in-office This position is ideal for a motivated associate seeking consistent, substantive litigation work with flexibility — or for an experienced attorney interested in transitioning into a more focused, balanced role.
