Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, content, social media).

Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy.

Optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics using A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with brand voice and company goals.

Oversee the execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Ensure up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategy as needed.

Identify new digital growth opportunities, tools, and platforms to enhance marketing reach.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• *
Proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive ROI.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
• *
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, display advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
• *
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• *
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• *
Solid project management and multitasking skills in a remote environment.
• Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar strategic marketing role.

Experience managing remote or distributed team projects is an added advantage.
