We're looking for a strategic and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. This role will lead the execution of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is remote but you must live in MN, TX, IL, or WI to be considered. THE ROLE As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll manage social media channels, execute paid media campaigns, optimize website performance, lead SEO strategy, and oversee our CRM system (we know, it's a lot). You'll work cross-functionally with content, design, sales, and product teams to align messaging, ensure brand consistency, and drive measurable results. You will: - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, SEM, email, social, display, content marketing). - Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation. - Oversee website performance and user experience, including SEO strategy, content updates, and conversion rate optimization. - Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. - Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution. - Own the configuration and optimization of CRM for campaigns, lead nurturing, reporting, workflows, segmentation, and ABM campaigns. THE QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms, and CMS systems. - Proven expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. - Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and website optimization. - Experience in B2B or professional services marketing preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field required. - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. - Highly creative and strategic with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
