Colorescience, a high growth omni-channel skincare brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager / Specialist to own and manage its direct-to-consumer website, Colorescience.com. This role is responsible for end-to-end site execution, optimization, and performance, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience that drives conversion, revenue, and retention. The ideal candidate is a highly accountable, detail-oriented marketer with a strong drive for execution, who combines analytical rigor with a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset to deliver consistent, high-quality results, and demonstrates an eagerness to contribute to the success of the team and the continued growth of a high-caliber consumer brand. Reports to: Sr Director, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Remote (with occasional time in the Carlsbad corporate office as needed for local candidates). Qualifications: • 2 - 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with 1+ years of website management or ecommerce experience. Shopify experience a strong plus. • A track record of managing and executing complex and multi-faceted site updates, campaigns, and promotions with high accuracy and attention to detail • Deep knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics 4) and ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategy and drive performance. • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing, and performance-driven site optimization. • Experience supporting Subscription and Loyalty programs to drive retention and LTV. • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and emerging GEO principles. • Highly detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset, able to ensure accuracy and consistency across all site elements. • Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to proactively identify issues, solve problems, and drive results. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. • Motivated self-started and fast learner with a team-player mentality. • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) as well as video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc). Job Description: The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager will drive the strategy, execution and performance of Colorescience.com, as well as assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing initiatives. • Own and manage all activities related to Colorescience.com on Shopify, including product pages, landing pages, theme management, promotions, site content, merchandising, product inventory, bundles, fraud management, quiz, and overall site experience. • Lead execution of site campaigns and digital content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a rigorous QA process, aligning site with overall marketing direction and objectives. • Serve as the primary owner of Colorescience.com, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Creative, Concierge, Operations and Tech. • Develop and optimize customer journeys across the site to drive conversion, AOV and revenue per session, converting traffic to profitable transactions and deliver revenue-generating experiences. • Monitor and analyze site performance, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance. • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and execute against web developments roadmap and continuously optimize site performance and compliance, staying within budget. • Lead and executive CRO and A/B testing initiatives, prioritizing high-impact opportunities and measuring results. • Ensure site content and structure are optimized for SEO and GEO, supporting discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search channels. • Support loyalty and subscription programs to drive retention, repeat purchase, and LTV. • Conduct regular site audits and enforce strong QA standards to ensure a frictionless, error-free user experience. • Act as the primary point of contact for all website-related initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and accountability. • Compile and deliver performance reports to Sr Director of Ecommerce and leadership team, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities. • Provide thought leadership on website strategy, emerging technologies, and digital best practices, with a focus on driving scalable growth. • Perform other duties as assigned.
