Digital Infrastructure Innovation Analyst
Description:
• Analyze, validate, and support implementation of new infrastructure technologies (e.g., power, cooling, compute, interconnect).
• Serve as a liaison between Switch and external research institutions, universities, and technology developers.
• Track industry developments related to AI hardware (e.g., GB200+, Vera Rubin), liquid cooling, photonics, and advanced interconnects.
• Build analytical models and forecasts to evaluate the impact and feasibility of innovations.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and written reports for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate across engineering, sustainability, operations, finance, and legal to align innovation efforts.
• Identify long-term risks and opportunities related to data center relevance, density, and power demand.
• Drive next-level innovation in Strategic Initiatives to support our mission-critical infrastructure.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, infrastructure, or a related technical domain.
• Strong analytical and research skills; able to build models, frame hypotheses, and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience working with academic or research institutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Passion for future-focused infrastructure and a high intellectual curiosity.
• Bachelor's degree required; technical or business background preferred.
• Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution.
