Sr Technical Recruiter (Virtual) – RPO Consultant
The purpose of the Sr. Recruiter role is to identify, attract and manage the selection process for in-demand technical talent and connect their skills to open roles. Drives all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients. This is a virtual W2 contract opportunity for an experienced technical recruiting professional. The ideal candidate will excel in leading intake meetings, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering market insights to inform strategic hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 1+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Experience in identifying technical talent who work with one or many of the technologies that power the development of AI, IoT, Search Products, Web Products, Distributed Applications, User Interfaces, Back-End Systems, Full-Stack Development or Embedded Systems.
Other optional aspects that will help you stand out:
• A Bachelor's degree
