KeyBank is seeking a Digital II to enhance customer experiences through data-driven strategies and innovation. This role involves leading projects to improve digital capabilities while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective deployment and execution.ResponsibilitiesPartner and support work of product owners and other team members to build and deliver enhancements to Key Bank’s mobile and online capabilitiesCollaborate with designers, software engineers, and others across the organization for alignment and transparencyInitiate and lead projects to implement enhancements and innovation while collaborating closely with marketing, technology, product partners, vendors, and internal partners to ensure effective deployment of budget in order to maximize our digital investmentDraw digital strategies and/or insights from analysis, tests hypothesis, recommends strategy based on insightsDevelop strong business/ financial knowledge and understand clients’ needs, demonstrate a strong understanding of technology to collaborate with our technology partners to build or integrate scalable and extensible capabilitiesExecute initiatives and co-manage or assist on individual backlog items related to complex effortsTranslate business goals into digital product concepts and tactical user storiesWork closely with stakeholders to advise them on how to develop and sustain a business advantage in their space via Key Bank’s digital channelsMaintain and manage multiple and/or changing priorities quickly with flexibility, initiative, innovation and a team focus to drive successMake sound data-driven judgments drawing from both analytical data sources and qualitative data sourcesUse problem-solving skills that help identify, isolate and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to negate or minimize customer pain pointsDevelop close working relationships with other departments in the company as well as external contactsPerforms other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without noticeComplies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and KeySkillsBachelor's Degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)1+ years (2+) of experience in digital business and/or product development (required)Strong analytical mindset, data driven decisioning and insightsThought leader and familiar with industry competitive analysisCombination of business depth and technical savvyExperience working in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environmentDigital native with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practicesExperience creating innovative digital products and services that drive business resultsWorking knowledge and appreciation for user-centered design and digital user experiencePassionate about leveraging user-generated data and third-party data to create intelligent software driven customer experiencesHave a passion to think critically and identify new ways to create positive client centric experiencesPossess a strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skillsAbility to think strategically coupled with the ability to drive to executionExperience with storytelling + curating presentationsAbility to build relationships and influence broadlyCompany OverviewAt KeyBank we’ve made a promise to our clients that they will always have a champion in us.
