About the position Responsibilities • Create digital assets such as website designs, banners, and email designs aligned with brand identity. • Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and education functions to achieve optimal results. • Design interactive campaigns tailored for social media platforms. • Continuously explore and adopt the latest design trends and techniques. • Develop polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides for various audiences. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital design. • Proficiency in graphic design tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. • Excellent visual design skills with a compelling portfolio. • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges. • Knowledge of current digital design trends, techniques, and technologies. Nice-to-haves • A Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Prior experience in the healthcare industry or a brand-driven studio environment. • Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
