Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Automotive Sales Specialist to join our innovative team at Gateway Auto. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and success. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, a knack for sales, and a keen interest in technology, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies to increase leads and car sales
Collaborate with our in-house tech team to leverage technology and drive business growth
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
Create automation to increase departmental efficiencies and reduce redundant tasks
Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with car dealerships and industry partners
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions
Train and mentor sales staff to ensure a high-performing team

Requirements:

3+ years of internet sales experience in the automotive industry
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
Experience teaching teams and guiding them to success
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues across different functional units and locations
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite or other cloud-based tools and internet software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of car sales experience, online or not
