Job Description Summary The Director of Digital and Marketing Operations, Contrast Media Portfolio is responsible for building and leading the operational backbone that enables scalable, data‑driven, and high‑performing marketing across the portfolio. This leader owns the marketing operations ecosystem, including marketing technology platforms, data and analytics capabilities, and the integration of AI‑enabled solutions, to support end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with product marketing, marcom, sales, and finance to establish clear KPIs, track ROI, and connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes, especially as part of GE HealthCare’s operating system called Heartbeat. This leader also partners with the brand team (i.e. product marketing) to define and execute digital marketing strategies that improve customer engagement, enable marketing automation, and drive measurable performance across the Contrast Media portfolio. As a senior digital and marketing operations leader, this role establishes consistent ways of working, drives operational excellence, and ensures a cohesive, technology enabled customer experience—enabling teams to focus on growth and innovation. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Marketing Operations and Data Analytics: Serve as a key leader in building, reinforcing, and sustaining marketing operations for the Contrast Media portfolio. Partner with marketing and cross‑functional leaders to translate strategy into standard work, clear priorities, disciplined execution, and metrics. Establish marketing KPIs to connect marketing activities to business outcomes and empower the team to continuously improve on marketing programs and campaigns. Across the portfolio, use AI and data analytics to monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer journey insights. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement. Serve as a key owner of the marketing metrics and bowler for GE HealthCare’s Heartbeat reviews. • Digital Tech Stack Optimization: Across the portfolio, manage and optimize the digital marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and AI solutions. Ensure seamless integration between systems to enable effective data-driven marketing. GE HealthCare operates within the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Marketo) and utilizes Salesforce.com, Showpad, and many others. • Digital Ecosystem Management and Engagement: Across the portfolio, oversee Contrast Media Portfolio digital ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive online presence across all digital touchpoints, including websites, social media platforms, mobile apps, and digital advertising channels. Also, ensure team utilization of the tools across the marketing organization. • Marketing Automation: Across the portfolio, implement AI technologies to enhance marketing automation, including customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalized content delivery. Integrate AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency. Drive our efforts using Marketo and Salesforce.com. • Inform Digital Marketing Strategy: Across the portfolio, assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Use data insights to drive personalized customer engagement and improve ROI across the customer journey. Also, utilize a Customer Data Platform (“CDP”) to maximize digital marketing effectiveness. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Across the portfolio, collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, IT, and other teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. Collaborate with sales to ensure demand programs support field priorities and account strategies. Support the integration of digital and AI technologies across various departments. • Content Development and Digital Engagement: Across the portfolio, work with brand managers to develop engaging digital content, ensuring that it is optimized for various platforms and audiences. Leverage AI tools to automate content personalization and delivery. • Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
