Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented DevOps Engineer to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
• Design and define IT networks for new or existing computer systems supporting the development team.
• Perform complex systems development and IT infrastructure design work that may include logical network design, physical network design, manufacturing and development cost projections, and IT systems engineering.
• Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding integrating these technologies into the existing network.
• Develop documentation on new or existing systems.
• Write custom HTTP/Rest/DNS/etc. server to solve unique problems.
• Partner with our testing team in support of network operating security and efficiency.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 8+ years of experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency Networking
• Knowledgeable of network troubleshooting and design
• Experience with Python, Java Script, GitHub
• Proficient with Windows (any version)
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a focus on the creation of technical documentation for testing
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
• Packer
• CMake/CTest
• Bash
• PowerShell
• DNS, DHCP, and Routes/Routers
• Cloud-init
• Knowledge of cross-compilation and experience building/using them on various architectures (PPC, MIPS, x86, ARM, RISC-V, etc.)
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
