Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors at all levels, with a focus on expanding the monthly donor base
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities; write and submit proposals and reports
• Coordinate direct mail, email, and social media fundraising campaigns
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to engage the Board in fundraising efforts

• Contribute to special events, matching campaigns, and sponsorship outreach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Familiarity with CRM systems and donor databases (Neon One, LGL, or similar)
• Passion for Brendan Sailing’s mission and values
• Experience with or understanding of youth programs and/or neurodivergent communities is a plus

Compensation & Hiring Timeline:

• After successful completion, the role will transition to a salaried position at 20 hours/week, with a salary range of $40,000–$45,000 annually (no benefits)
• This position is fully remote, with preference for availability during Eastern Time business hours
• We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis and aim to onboard by September 1, 2025
