You will work closely with our medical office staff to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, often verifying data and maintaining organized records within our database. This is a part-time, PRN (20 hours per week) position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Responsibilities** * Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into arenaflex's database and systems. * Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies. * Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents as needed. * Scan physical files and upload documents to Symplr software. * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. * Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines. * Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency. * Promote arenaflex's mission, vision, and values by effectively communicating them to others. * Provide excellent customer service to all arenaflex customers. **Requirements** * Minimum of high school diploma or GED. * Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software. * Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role is preferred. * Knowledge of Symplr software is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare setting. * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical software. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
