Job Title: Lead Developer - Kore.AI
Job Description:
As a Lead Developer at Kore.AI, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining conversational AI solutions using the Kore.AI platform. You will play a critical role in the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative conversational experiences.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of conversational AI solutions using the Kore.AI platform.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
ā¢ Architect and design scalable and robust conversational AI solutions that align with project goals and requirements.
ā¢ Develop chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.AI platform, utilizing programming languages, scripting, and Kore.AI APIs and tools.
ā¢ Implement natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to enable intelligent and context-aware conversations.
ā¢ Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
ā¢ Work closely with DevOps teams to establish continuous integration and deployment pipelines for efficient and automated software releases.
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring smooth operation of conversational AI solutions.
ā¢ Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI, natural language processing, and related technologies, and apply them to improve development processes and outcomes.
ā¢ Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
ā¢ Proven experience as a software developer, with expertise in designing and developing conversational AI solutions.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
ā¢ Experience working with conversational AI platforms, specifically Kore.AI, and familiarity with its APIs and tools.
ā¢ Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) concepts and technologies.
ā¢ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
ā¢ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide developers effectively.
ā¢ Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.
