Specialized Responsibilities
ā¢ Linguistic Hospitality: Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language, translating critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately.
ā¢ Cultural Ambassadorship: Provide culturally attuned customer service, understanding the unique customs and expectations of international passengers.
ā¢ Customs & Immigration Assistance: Assist passengers with completing complex international arrival documents, customs declarations, and immigration forms.
ā¢ Emergency Translation: In the event of an in-flight medical emergency or security issue, provide rapid and precise translation between passengers, the flight deck, and medical consultants.
ā¢ Core Cabin Duties: Execute all standard pre-flight and in-flight duties, securing the cabin and executing premium meal services in our Delta One cabins.
