Provide daily user support to both office and remote staff, including hardware, software, telephony devices and custom in-house applications.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop environments, including authentication, network connection, group policy, printing, latency/slowness, and Event Logs.
Perform system updates and patches to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.
Work with IT teams (Service Desk, Network Operation, Server Operation, etc.) staff as appropriate to determine resolution to problems.
Support Cisco video conference room system.
Support and administer mobile devices (iOS and Android).
Maintain asset inventory.
Document technical procedures and best practice for knowledgebase.
Resolving, escalating, updating, and managing tickets through ticketing system.
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in providing Desktop Support.
Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills in the Windows desktop environment.
Expertise with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills across all levels of an organization.
Available to work off hours when required.
Associate degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience in a business environment.
A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Experience with Apple iOS and MacOS also a plus.
