[Remote] Sr Digital CRM Specialist-REMOTE

As a Senior Digital CRM Specialist, you will create personalized, omnichannel experiences that engage customers through email, SMS, and push notifications, driving loyalty and results. Responsibilities • Plan and execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns • Partner with ESP and agency teams to build and deploy campaigns • Maintain campaign calendars to ensure timely, strategic execution • Manage and deliver push notifications and SMS campaigns that complement email efforts • Optimize messaging for mobile engagement and collaborate with agency partners for best-in-class communication • Work closely with creative teams to develop clear, concise briefs for email, SMS, and push notifications • Ensure all communications are mobile-responsive and aligned with brand guidelines • Partner with segmentation teams to Talvora the most responsive audiences for engagement and revenue goals • Implement personalization strategies that elevate customer experiences • Track and analyze campaign metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact • Provide actionable insights to continuously improve performance • Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM, SMS regulations, and other compliance standards • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in omnichannel marketing • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Movable Ink, Attentive) to streamline and enhance campaign delivery Skills • 5+ years in marketing or related business experience • 3+ years in email marketing execution • Bachelor's degree in Marketing • Strong initiative, ownership, and a proactive mindset • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Experience with CRM systems and omnichannel marketing automation tools • Knowledge of deliverability best practices and compliance laws for email, SMS, and push • Retail experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, or similar reporting tools Benefits • Free virtual health care • Robust family/fertility benefits • 401(k) w/ match • Hybrid and remote work opportunities • Training programs • Professional development • Education assistance • 30% off at DSW & com • Discounts across our family of brands Company Overview • Designer Brands is a retail company that designs and produces a variety of footwear and accessories.
