Job Description

Position Summary...

Armavel, LLC is offering an opportunity to be a part of a growing, forward-thinking team in an engaging, fast-paced environment. As a Developer you will work closely with a team of other Developers and IT professionals to create, troubleshoot and revamp software systems. You will design, code, install, and maintain functional programs and application. You will also perform unit and integration testing and evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement secure SharePoint applications and services, ensuring they meet organizational needs and security standards.
• Assess existing SharePoint systems to identify areas for improvement, developing new features and functionalities as needed to enhance performance and user experience.
• Build and maintain seamless integrations between SharePoint and other enterprise systems, ensuring efficient data flow and operation across platforms.
• Create and document detailed technical specifications for SharePoint development and enhancements, providing clear guidance for implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical authors to write and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, continuously monitoring SharePoint systems to identify and correct defects.

Required Education And Experience
• 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline.
• Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, Java and JavaScript
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
• Proficiency in writing secure code
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks and databases
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience developing secure code within a Government, Healthcare, or other Privacy Sensitive environment
• Understanding of Cloud Systems Architecture
• Experience with a risk management framework such as NIST 80-53, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, HITRUST, FedRAMP, etc., is helpful
• Federal Information Systems experience & knowledge of the security control assessment process is helpful.
• Must be a US Citizen, with the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
